I was let down. Everything felt cheap and definitely not fresh, which was ridiculous considering what I paid. I expected a lot better, but for me it just wasn’t worth the money.

When the plants arrived, they looked kind of half dead. I’m not sure if I’m being too picky or if they just had a rough trip, but they definitely weren’t in the best shape out of the box

I ordered a few bare-root plants and when the box showed up, I don’t know, they just didn’t look great right from the start. The roots were really dry, and I kept turning them over thinking maybe I was missing some signs of life, but there wasn’t much going on.
I planted them right away, followed the instructions, watered them, tried to be patient, all that. Most of them never leafed out at all, and the couple that did make a tiny effort looked promising for about five minutes before they died back too.
Maybe it was just a bad batch, or shipping was rough on them, who knows. But for what I paid, it was disappointing, and I don’t think I’d take the chance on bare-root plants from them again.

I ordered a few berry plants from indianaberry.com, and the root systems were better than I was expecting. I’ve ordered bare root plants before where you open the package and the roots look kind of dry, stringy, or like they’ve been sitting around too long, but these looked healthy to me. They had a decent spread, weren’t dried out, and just seemed like they had a good chance once I got them in the ground.
One of the plants was a little smaller than the others, which is the only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5. It wasn’t bad or anything, just noticeably smaller when I had them all laid out next to each other. It still planted fine, and so far it seems to be settling in okay, so overall I’m happy with the order.

My order from Indiana Berry was packed really nicely. Nothing was crushed or leaking, and there was plenty of padding in the box. I was a little worried because a few items were kind of delicate, but everything showed up in good shape. It’s a simple thing, really, but it makes a difference. I’m happy with it.

I ordered a few berry plants and the shipping cost seemed fair. It wasn’t free, which would’ve been nice, but considering the size of the box, it didn’t feel outrageous like some other garden sites. Everything showed up in good shape too. I’m giving 4 stars because cheaper shipping is always better, and those extra costs sometimes feel preventable, but overall I was satisfied.

The checkout process was a bit of a saga. The payment page lagged so badly that I had to try twice, which made ordering feel way more dramatic than it needed to be.

I originally asked for a replacement, but the replies were really slow and I never got a clear update about the refund. I ended up having to follow up over and over just to get any kind of answer. it was a frustrating experience and way more hassle than it should’ve been...

It did arrive one day later than the original estimate, but since everything was packaged well and the delay was small, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery went and would give it 4 stars

I was in the mood for a bunch of berry options, so it was a bit disappointing to see how tiny the selection was. I expected way more variety and left feeling underwhelmed.

I went on indianaberry.com hoping to pick up a few berry plants, but most of the ones I actually wanted were either out of stock or didn’t have clear info on when they’d be available again. After clicking around for a while, it started to feel frustrating, like the site wasn’t really giving me much to work with.

The website itself loaded fine and wasn’t hard to use, but the availability felt really hit or miss. I ended up leaving without ordering because I couldn’t put together the order I had planned, and it made me feel a bit dismissed as a customer

I planted everything by the directions, watered, mulched, the whole routine. In my head, I kind of figured if I did the basics right, they’d at least start taking off, especially since I’ve grown berries before. But a couple barely leafed out, and a few just sat there for weeks looking like they had no plans to do anything. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for what these cost, I expected a lot better

The tracking updates came through and that was helpful, so I knew what was going on. Everything turned out fine in the end, just wish the replies were a bit faster tbh. Not a big issue tho, all good...

I ordered from indianaberry.com and ended up messaging support because I had a question about my order. I don’t have a ton to compare it with, so maybe this was just a one-off thing, but the response wasn’t as quick as I expected.

They did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, the answer was useful once I received it. I did have to follow up once, though, which made the whole thing feel a little slower than it needed to be.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially impressive either. Based on my order, I’d give it around 3 stars for now, but I’d probably rate it higher if support was a bit faster...

I wasn’t totally sure how these were going to do after everything, but they actually fruited fast. Really happy with them so far, it was a nice surprise to finally see berries this year

I don’t know, it just felt kind of expensive for what I ended up getting. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I’m not really sure it was worth the price.

My snap judgment was that the site was simple to use, and that held up. I got around without much trouble and found it easy enough overall

I ordered a few berry plants and waited the whole season to see how they’d turn out. Once they finally fruited, they definitely didn’t match what the labels said. I don’t want to assume anything, but it really seems like the varieties may have been mixed up. Disappointing, and it makes it hard to recommend when you’re not totally sure what you’re actually getting.

One of them didn’t make it, but the rest are doing well so far. They’re growing fine and looking healthy, so... overall I’m happy with them.

Not gonna lie, the planting instructions were a bit too vague for me. I was hoping for more detail since I wasn’t totally sure what to do next.
